Had quite the dump but January held the big ones. In fact
we've got a bit of a problem with all the snow.

-Lots of snow all year, snowfall days due to humidity

January 09, 1999, and Friday Jan 7 showed a lot of snow
-Arthritis suffers not so bad as the weather remains pretty
consistantly cold - Arthritis hurts a lot when weather
is changing: True
-December Dump: yes end of Dec.
and x-mas showed lots
-January Dump: Happening right off
the top but we've got a ways to go yet.
-February lots of snow: but not
record breaker dumps
-Freak Dump in March
-Hurts our City snow removal budget: Already
by Jan 8 were not caught up and their working all night
