This document is presented by JETIU Online to preserve the integrity of Kimberlee Dawn's work and was not immediately posted in respect for the many American victims of terrorism violence and the many others, worldwide, past and present who suffer by the hands of a fanatical few.

This document was:

• Perceived and written September 11, 2001; 9:20 AM MST by Kimberlee Dawn (with witnesses)
• Delivered September 12, 2001, to a CSIS - the Canadian Security Intelligence Services - Agent (who shall remain anonymous for security reasons) by KD and one JETIU Online Team Member (who shall remain anonymous for security reasons). CSIS was in turn to deliver this document to the FBI - United States of America, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
• Understandably some of this document's details have been deleted (signified with a double asterisk **) due to issues of National Security.

Please keep the following in mind when I am working. The results are that you can push me farther than I would/could go myself simply with a general understanding of how I work. (verbal discussion: You will have to justify to your other department members why you would pass this information to the American authorities and they in turn will be required to validate and justify your actions in this regard.)

It is important to understand that when I am precognitively "looking" in advance at a given time span or specific year, I have been noted as picking up bits and pieces of information that connect to each other that may not be apparent to me at the moment of "seeing" these events. This is to say; that while I am looking at one situation / area of location / event, I view information of other events that are not understood by myself as being related to each other until such time as the event(s) takes place and/or when I physically see the event(s) reports on television, newspaper or other media news source; I can then verify my images/prediction by comparing the mental images to the media's photographs, video clips, etc.

For your reference; example:

The Challenger explosion was first generally understood as perhaps pertaining to an "oil rig scaffold" because of the precognitive image I received. In this prediction I had also received details regarding a female victim of this event including her description, that she was surrounded by many children, such as a teacher, and specific details about the crew's deaths. I understood that it was unusual for her to be there at all as she was a civilian and did not "work" on the "oil rig or it's scaffold", why the explosion would occur at all and much more. The details of who, when, where, why, etc. were specific and accurately dead on - but they did not relate to an "oil rig scaffold" as I had originally interpreted my image to be. I realized I had interpreted the scaffold I saw in my image as belonging to an oil rig because it was the closest thing I could mentally associate the precognitive picture to. The original interpretation was of course based on my personal life experience and due to my utter lack of education regarding spacecraft scaffolds. When NASA announced they had chosen a female teacher to be a "civilian" guest on the Challenger and televised her picture, I immediately knew I had been envisioning the elaborate scaffold surrounding the Challenger space vehicle not an oil rig. And that all my details were regarding the Challenger project and the details of the project's failure. The teacher fit my description, the scaffold fit my precognitive image, I knew why it would explode, that the crew would not burn rather they would land in water and "drown" / suffocate. That NASA wasn't taking their engineer's warnings seriously as they felt he was burnt out by the stresses of the project and more. I took the appropriate steps and called NASA, etc.

Since childhood I have explained this to non-psychics and my students as "being much like looking at a book made of onion skin paper", that is, "that while seeing the top page I can see the following pages images, the transparent pages are layered".

By "connecting the dots" at this later date of Sept. 11, 2001 I am more able to view the events of September 11, 2001 as a whole and gather additional and more detailed information, or information more direct and pertinent, to the event(s) itself.

This is not an exercise in "making predictions work" for the sake of publicity and/or personal gratification of any form. Some details will not be made public regarding this information to protect my own personal and family's safety interests; I have in the past been threatened with violence and am absolutely aware that the public is volatile at this time, that they will remain so for quite some time. I am in a tight position as my relative predictions were already made public and the media has noticed. I have to address this publicly; however, I feel the details are not imperative to the media or public's knowledge, and I ask that this also be an issue of concern to authorities on my behalf.

For your reference: my predictions are always presented to the media at the end of December and/or early January of each year, legitimizing and documenting them through media records. The Predictions for 2001 were submitted to the following media groups before being posted on my web-site:

On Nov. 21, 2000, when I was looking at the developments in or about India and Pakistan and it's political and religious issues, I envisioned the following: (CFRN TV Alberta, Canada)

"With Chinese Support and or Chinese armament - threats of bombings are at a deadly standoff and only averted at the very last minute with little time (37 seconds) to spare. I feel that India literally has its finger on the button. We'll know this is happening when their government leader is missing for 4 days or is not available to media and other of their political leaders in which case someone figures out that the Indian President is "otherwise involved or missing but no one is saying where he/she is". I saw a woman in western clothing (a primarily salmon colored suit) walking into a building that looked like it is built into a mountain or hill - what does this mean and who she is. I am unsure if this scene is a metaphoric representative in this meditation or an existing place. I felt this takes place in approximately March of 2001 (the image of spring buds on trees came to mind when I searched for data regarding the time this event would take place). I was disturbed to also sense that a very similar event had also occurred once in 1999, and that it seemingly went unnoticed by the press (I didn't read about it in my local newspapers), or was it suppressed and just kept quiet?"

This prediction's significance to September 11, 2001's events in the USA:

• that China is involving themselves with weapons, technology and money to side with Pakistan against India
• During this prediction I am receiving another image of: " a woman in western clothing (a primarily salmon colored suit) walking into a building that looked like it is built into a mountain or hill - what does this mean and who she is. I am unsure if this scene is a metaphoric representative in this meditation or an existing place". This is significant in that it describes a westerner (North American) as an individual(s) involved, at least one female and the female symbol is also significant (see prediction on Afghanistan shown next) a female person.
• Also that a military safety base is being used in this image
• the time of the plan execution/activity taking place (beginning actively in March of 2001)
• that a similar event had occurred once in 1999 - having gone either suppressed to a large degree or perhaps that the media wasn't getting all the facts to report for what I can only assume are security reasons - or disguised to sound like, look likesomething else.
• indicating too that "testing" plans or other actions already took place.

In my mind's eye, I saw a crowd of women running in the street toward me, something is on fire or has exploded behind them. Pieces of buildings are flying through the air, I hear keening sounds of mourning and despair. In this image I am seeing and hearing as if I am a videographer who just happened to be at the site of the event and had the presence of mind to run the camera, though not obviously as if I would be punished if I were caught filming. I am fully aware that the crimes against women in this country are of paramount topics in the Western World's news, however, this precognitive vision feels to be somehow connected to the atrocities and yet is of separate origins as well. I felt that men had been hurt in this blast, women too. The sounds I hear from the women are that of mourning such as one hears in the aftermath of battle for men taken by surprise - as I felt this situation was unexpected by the authorities and citizens alike. Some of these women are making sounds of "secret victory" - barely perceptible but clearly threaded, and interwoven as one, among the sounds of the mourning; but I can hear it and define it none-the-less. Therefore I must also state that some whom have perished in this incident are from the group that organized the vigilante event and that while many citizens are mourning the dead, they are also secretly pleased that someone or something is being done in support of women (in retaliation), also that they wished it wasn't violent but they understood that perhaps violence is an uncontrollable element -- something that has a life of it's own, in this situation. (Note please that I do not, nor ever have, advocated or condoned violent actions). I felt that this one image of the crowd of people -- primarily women -- running toward me is representative of more than one event which are specifically: 1. physical vigilante strikes in retaliation for crimes against women causing outbreaks of unrest and rebellion, which include men and women in arms together, spanning the next 5 years in particular 2. explosions due to negligence in storage of flammables and/or a natural disaster causing building(s) to collapse and explode because of negligent flammable items storage- a chain reaction situation, 3. Warring activities situated in usually untouched civilian areas, and finally, 4. Religious/spiritual unrest independent of the violent vigilante activity resulting in civil protests that are non-violent but violently responded to by authority figures. The people of Afghanistan will be thought of in my meditations, I wish them peace and strength.

This prediction's significance to September 11, 2001's events in the USA:

• says that videographer was confident filming the event, this indicates a country that allows freedom of speech such as North America and/or parts of Europe because one would not be allowed in Afghanistan or China, etc. to film and distribute this type of footage without Government, Policing interference and/or penalty.
• That the event is connected in some way to atrocities against Muslim women. This also means that as Western Civilizations are pointedly against the Taliban's treatment of Muslim women in Muslim that the Western Civilizations are a target of retaliation by the Afghanistan government. Also, that the event is not singularly or simply inclusive (a response) of the western attitude (and the political actions) re: atrocities against Muslim women by the Taliban; that while it is connected it is also separate. The events I predict are due to the culmination of many factors originating within the country and outside. This indicates that Afghanistan is part of the picture, and so is someone else.
• Palestine's people are screaming for revenge, their women didn't want more violence but want revenge for their fallen sons and America didn't side with their pain which the Palestinians consider in itself to be a crime(s) against their women - their wives, their mothers, their sisters because they have lost their men (and children and even other women) to the fight between Israeli and Palestine (and more), Bin Laden is taking refuge in Afghanistan and has attacked America in retaliation for what they feel are crimes against their people and their religious and political views. They are celebrating the American pain and simultaneously wishing it didn't have to be violent.
• I state that this was a surprise event by all affected citizens and the majority of world authorities alike - no concrete warning
• I state that some of the terrorists (who consider themselves justified "vigilantes") that organized this event, will die in the event, that this was/is an expected sacrifice above and beyond the suicide pilots, and that some will not die and will continue on to commit further terrorist activities and wage revolt. I state that these are two different political/religious organizations with differing mandates, one representing terrorism and one group of "the people" who do not accept these terrorists as benevolent nor representative of them.
• That the image of the people running toward me - not away - in the image is representative of more than one event to take place. This is to say Terrorist crime against Western civilizations and Civilian revolt/rebellion against the Taliban and the Terrorist cells
• Both a & b activities continue for 5 years in large (directly stemming from Sept 11 events, there will be other issues that arise that carry these events on a longer term basis but a break arrives in 5 years where quiet is noticed - a wary quiet but one none-the-less)
• Civil rebellion is caused due to the event (this includes people across the world not just America, but also Palestinians, Afghanistan's, etc. who didn't want or don't justify terrorism and petition their govt.'s to end the actions and to punish the overzealous terrorists. Zero tolerance is demanded by political and non-political citizens in their own countries. Effectively subduing asylum, support of Terrorists and subduing crimes against Muslim people and Muslim women in a greater degree.
• That a chain reaction of events will occur that is beyond what the terrorists planned; such as natural disasters causing more complications for the targeted victims and more "synergetic" events or what I understood as "unplanned but favorable to the terrorism mandate".
• That war was issued in known civilian areas that are usually untouched in war, That the religious and political civil unrest -independent of the September 11, 2001 events- result in more civil protests than I actually viewed, and will be responded to or "put down" in violent manners by their government(s).
• That political figures themselves instigate (individually) and whole governments will alternately attack and aid the governments that are opposing their civil unrest responding to the event(s) in a violent counter-action and will in part aim at civilian areas because / they say "seemingly, there is/was no option".

Beyond that which I predicted prior to Jan. 2001 I have clairvoyantly and precognitively become privy to furthering information relevant to the situation and the future events stemming from or surrounding this attack. Due to the unusual way I glean my psychic information (see top of this document for general info regarding "connecting the previously drawn dots that have shaped September's full picture" and my "onion skin" view), scant hours before the events, during and immediately following the televised attack on USA, I began to receive information (September 11, approx.1:00 AM MST to approx. 9:30 AM MST) of extended information. I came to perceive the following and began documenting it in writing with witnesses at 9:20 AM MST of September 11, 2001:

• (viewer: in the following information, two asterisks ** signify that details are deleted from this web site posting in accordance to non-disclosure obligations and national security issues that Kimberlee Dawn is responsible to uphold as agreed to during this document's presentation to CSIS.)
• Beginning in 1994 and continuing in fuller form by 1997, the particular terrorists to this event began to institute themselves into North America. They fully entered the USA by approx. March of 2001; in part by way of Canada, specifically through **. This is to say that they were arrived in ** prior to March of 2001 and I believe that they were 85% insinuated into the USA by late 1999 or the end of spring 2000.
• ** somehow enters the picture here but how and why seems unknown in part other than as "an exit point which seems to be more in focus than as an entry point." This is a key area of importance at this time.
• This is also to say that the terrorists had acquaintances in these cities, (including ** to a strong degree and ** to a very small degree), that may or may not have suspected/understood why these individuals were being insinuated into their communities, their own family circles and even their own homes.
• Must check all visitors for **, ** (and ** for some reason unknown to myself)
• I feel that at least ** passed through ** by way of either ** or ** (or both) and had identities made for them That after entry as visitors, etc. they had other people who would be given and who would use their (i.e.: visitor, etc.) entry passports and would exit the countries as if the terrorist her/himself entered ** and then left the countries. For all intents and purposes this switching of Identification and passports would be recorded in formal documentation/paperwork " therefore according to travel records it would appear as if the terrorist had entered and then left and is no longer in the countries ** however, they remained and another took the terrorists place - for each 1 terrorist there is at least 1 other person whom "switched" id's with them to enter ** and ** to coalesce in America - with the exception of * (in particular) individuals who didn't need id's switched as they already had them legitimately. That is to say that there is a number of members of this terrorists group who legitimately live in, were born in, North America, registered ** and ** civilians by birth right.
• They were not all stationed in one local, rather they "came together" (i.e.: through communications and some physically or face to face) after being stationed in other parts of the ** and then into varying ** .
• The ** ** was also a point of entry, from ** to ** / ** to **. Indicating that this has been a long and intricately balanced operation.
• The locations of America: **, **, ** (check the ** and **), **, **, **? --not ** seems like **; **?, **? or **? (It's with a "**" and sounds like 2 words). Something that looks like a store "**"" I see a table and a small area ** ** ** with young **, ** ** length hair, and ** is laughing and being serious about what ** is laughing at like laughing at a serious issue ** is **self talking about (speaking to others about) rather than listening to, ** is either wearing or very near something bright ** upper torso and/or head.
• I believe that in at least one case the pilot was a passenger who had a weapon on board before his arrival on board (like a coathanger, something very simple but lethal if used with expertise and training) and with a smile - unexpected and non-suspiciously entered the cockpit immediately killing the pilot. This person may have been staff or disguised as staff such as a steward(ess) janitor, baggage personelle, yes, even a passenger, etc. Like this person legitimately belonged there or would be unsuspected in the area of the airport.
• name of place: sounds like ** ??? Not **. Not **.
• I find that the terrorists will total ** to ** events, at least ** of which impairs the ** and ** ** and ** supplies (thus possibly or by, favorable to the them-- accident? ** ). ** events of the ** may not take place because the situations are monitored and become impossible - not because they are afraid of being caught and prosecuted and/or injured however; simply lacking opportunity to "get in and do it".
• They are attacking ** lands for ** and ** not just USA.
• I am computer illiterate so I don't fully understand this image regarding their communications: are through the internet and practically invisible they will introduce viruses to ** than their ** ** and this will appear to be from a ** or ** source (i.e.: when the virus is traced back it will be to a computer(s) on **, **, or other ** such as **, **, **, etc. not **. That it would not be there is significant.
• Somehow ** thought they were being made aware of this event of Sept. 11, 01 but revised their thinking, literally thinking they were "making too much out of an offhand comment" by either a **, **, or other communicated message of some type. ** would have warned America. They are not involved in this event.
• ** portion / section of ** ** and central ** holds operation departments (of Ussama Bin Laden - or more?), communication in and out of these areas should be monitored.
• ** government is innocent in this event.
• I am not convinced that Bin Laden is the culprit/author of this event, (I hear denials), and/or he not the sole author.
• I feel that more than one organization was involved and this comes about as "separatists" so to speak from more than one organization that combined to create a new organization and/or combined specifically to be able to pull their resources together for a common goal too big for any one of the ** to handle alone.
• ** government is not innocent in this event somehow. The ** for ** people, and the assistance of ** etc. received in turn, definitely have something to do with this event, I have no question on this, no doubt. Again, this should be investigated re: Dec. of 1999 through to March of 2001 as activity and political whispering regarding this event's play were introduced to feel out any supporting factions that could/ would arise out of ** quarters. Actually ** **self would not have been involved **self and frankly had ** been personally aware of this event's impending reality taking place ** would have given warning, rather I am seeing fanatical cell groups (believers in **'s politics and that they view ** as being leader but a "beaten" leader, "weakened") being involved to a minor but important degree from the end of 1999 to March 2001. ** country alone is not able to provide all the ** or ** required in this event - this is important.
• I believe a part of the terrorist group are alive and on their way out of the ** (the next ** is imperative to authorities searching for them) within / over the next ** weeks, slowly but surely, making their collective way through the ** and in part, out through ** and **. Posed as tourists acting traumatized and in part playing the role of tourist who were not near the events. However, it is clear that there is a vessel and aircraft "subculture" that is active and a ground escape into friendlier territory where their roles are that of legitimate immigrants/tourists and in at least ** cases where they are assumed to have been born of ** land, they are imposters and the real citizens with these true ** rights of birth have ** before todays events took place.
• ** is the point of meeting and ** -- also: "** **" sounds like. I don't know if this is a city or a country or a place/public bldg. in a city. Is it a point of reference for them, an "on the way" spot or is it the destination. They do not all combine for ** **. Why they would combine at all is a significant issue.
• Important note that all of these individuals do not look to be **, **, **, **, or other that is commonly referred to as "the brown or Arabic nation" or of "olive toned skin".
• Descriptions of significant people/terrorists to the ensuing investigations that I see, both dead and alive:
• One looks very ** with ** hair, rather ** approx. **"
• One ** with ** hair has a scar ** , it is healed but reddish, he wears ** and ** with ** colors, he is approx. a size ** waist with a ** leg inseam and has ** hair with ** one eye is slightly "off" but not too noticeably unless looking in his eyes when he is talking - he tends to look to the left when talking so I assume it's his left eye that is "off" or wobbly.
• One looks **/** mix approx. ** tall, indeed has ** hair in ** but very clean cut looking and attractively "chiseled features with a decidedly cleft chin, scar ** is thin white almost unnoticeable, little to no facial hair therefore I assume he is more ** - he fakes a ** watch for the fake ** he forgets once in awhile.
• One looks like a mixed nationality of ** and **, more ** than ** re: body structure height, hair texture which is dark but not thick like ** it is ** and ** like ** , note please that this individual is not **.
• While ** is part of the ** , I do not see they were directly involved in the strike on America (**). **, yes, but ** and perhaps ** government itself that ** but an ** or ** in **.
• ** would not have given warning to the American Government.
• Q: what is the "**" ? Why distinctly "**" ** which was not, in the ** of it, worded as ** - the word ** is somehow very important and that it is a "**" ** - streamlined **- this is significant, but can't place why.
• I feel the ** issues at stake are ** that do not affect the ** as a whole, in as much as this is to affect ** and not to affect ** . ** is an important issue and while ** may be targeted I would need a map to understand what I am seeing regarding the ** links that US and ** to properly assess this and grab the mental "landmarks" to provide to proper authorities. I feel like I'm looking at the **. I am feeling that ** is a problem for them, is it ** or is there a precognitive reason why ** and ** keep coming to mind. I don't even know where ** is.
• I believe that US President Bush is ** and I feel/hear a name like ** which doesn't seem the **.
• Prime Minister Chretien is safe ** which I have not ** . (I'd rather not know). I do not **.
• Last minute thought here, one I should have thought of earlier - the specific time that the precognitive process was active, ** and ** should be recognized as being of significance.
