(1991) Vanessa had an encounter with a spiritual entity and so, on her
return to Edmonton, began studying with Kimberlee Dawn. Vanessa is a fourth generation Canadian, with strong Celtic ancestry born in Saskatchewan's beautiful "Cypress Hills" area of the Canadian prairies. VB moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1986 for ten years and then lived abroad in Grand Cayman B.W. I. for two years. Where she worked in the tourist industry aboard a tour ship who took passengers to view the wild stingrays, VB was required to swim with the wild stingrays and came to call them her friends. She returned to Edmonton in 2000 and is now about to travel to Honduras.
